Nike Air Max 1 - 1987 - 2012 ‘She Dit It’ Video
To celebrate its silver anniversary, Nike have released this short video paying tribute to this iconic sneaker. Shot by three young Parisian filmmakers it depicts different variation in styles which the AM1 is worn.

Nike Sportswear Air Current - “Stadium Green”
We’re starting to see several sneak peaks at several silhouettes being re-done. Next is the Air Current in a totally new colourway, predominantly black with the “Stadium Green” panel and the speckled outsole with subtle hints of purple, this is a shoe for me that has everything in a colourway, detailing and silhouette that I go crazy for. The toe box and low top has been reintroduces more than 20 years after its original release. More colourways will begin to pop up in this model so keep an eye out. I will have to dig deep into my pockets for a pair of these.
Nike Sportswear Air Max 1 - Holiday Collection 2012
You’ve probably started to see a few photos of some of the kicks in the collection popping up on the internet. This collection is full of colour blocking and a variety of tones creating a clean effect. There’s obviously those stand out ones for those who aren’t afraid of colour with the rave pink and stadium green.
They will begin to drop from October so keep an eye open!
Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka PRM QS ‘Rainbow”
The Footscape Woven Chukka is one of my personal favourite silhouettes. A re-release has happened in at End Clothing with the final instalment in a three-part Quickstrike collection with the one pictured. All featuring a rainbow element with the final having a woven rainbow.
Available now from End Clothing, these are sure to sell out.
Nike Air Force 180 - Black/Black Volt
Following the release of the Nike Air Force 180 “Olympic”, they’re about to drop in a black/black volt colourway. Made up of a pylon midsole with Max Air on the heel and a velcro strap on the midfoot. The bolt around the lining, midsole and outsole gives this shoe some vibrancy whilst the rest is completely black.
Nike x Liberty - Autumn/Winter 2012
We saw earlier this year the collaboration between Nike and Liberty London. They’ve moved away from the floral print to something very different, the Lotus Jazz. The classic Liberty print has been updated and putting its mark on classic Nike silhouettes. Split into two collections, running and basketball. The shoes available in the running collection are AM1, Lunar Montreal, Lunar Glide+4 and Free Run+2, and the basketball one includes the Vintage Blazer Mid-Rise, Air Force 1s and Dunk Skinny High-Top. There’s a nice mix of the old with the new. Both collections have subtle hints of the nike volt. The running collection is dominated by white and black. I have to say the basketball collection is a bit more chilled in its colourway of browns and greens. If you want a pair then i’d recommended getting in asap as they will sell out.
Nike Roshe Run - Black/Stadium Green
This July we’ll be seeing a lot more Roshe Run releases in various colourways. Here we have the black mesh upper with the stadium green on the swoosh and midsole. What’s perfect about Roshe Run’s for the summer is that the material is breathable providing comfort all day long.
Crepe City x Nike - Summer Selection
Get yourselves down to 1948 in East London today to buy, sell or swap some kicks. There will be 1000 of Nike trainers to choose from and even DJs, a bar and food all day.
Air Jordan 4 - “Gentry”
The Air Jordan “Gentry” pays tribute to the former Jordan Brand and current Nike Sportswear executive, Gentry Humphrey. He’s leaving and this is a nice way to say goodbye having worked with Jordan Brand since the beginning. The shoe is made up of white and tan with red and even includes a cartoon image of the guy.
Nike Air Safari - “Great Britain” Pack
Following several releases this year to mark the 25th anniversary of the Nike Air Safari, we have the Great Britain pack. It consists of the same materials as the originals but have a unique twist with the custom safari print on the laces. The insoles are also embossed with a flag of Great Britain. They will be available in two colourways, the black seen above and a maroon. Expect these to be in limited numbers!
Nike Air Safari LE - Mesh Pack
We’re seeing several releases at the moment celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Nike Air Safari. The Mesh Pack will be released in limited numbers. They consist of mesh on the box, tongue and ankle lining with the safari print in the classic silhouette and will be available in two different colourways, a blue and yellow.

Nike Safari - Deconstruct
This season we’ve seen the relaunch of the iconic Safari range which was originally launch in 1987. To celebrate it’s 25th anniversary they have been releasing it several different styles. Joining the other models in the Deconstruct range we have the Deconstruct Safari. These have tonal uppers consisting of suede and accented by the burgundy collar and inner lining. These are minimal but the finer details of the perforated swoosh and two-tone midsole, gives these the key features they need.
Stay tuned for the release date.
Nike Mayfly Woven - Quickstrike release
We’ve seen the Mayfly make a comeback this year and here’s a nice take on it but woven. The Mayfly is unique in it’s own design but even more on this one I feel. This is a limited edition release by Nike Quickstrike available in two colour ways, granite and black. Perfect for when the sun comes back and we can get on with summer!
Now available from Nike retailers.
Nike Air Yeezy 2
